Former Noah’s Event Venue in Southfield Sold by P.A. Commercial – To Remain Special Events Center
The former Noah’s Event Venue located at 26100 Northwestern Highway, constructed in 2018, has been sold and will remain a banquet and events center under the new ownership.
The 8,181 SF Class-A facility has high ceilings, two ballrooms, and smaller meeting spaces and is set to once again become a premier destination in metro Detroit for wedding receptions, gatherings, and other special events. In addition, there are two hotel developments adjacent to the property that are set to open this year, bringing lodging accommodations within walking distance to the venue.
Kevin Bull and Anthony Pellegrino represented both the seller and buyer, Pearl Banquet & Conference Center, in this transaction. The property sold for $2.45M after one year on the market with P.A. Commercial, after ownership attempted to sell it for two years prior amid challenging market conditions stemming from the Covid-19 outbreak.
