Focused, driven, and highly accountable, Kevin believes strong results come from preparation and follow-through.

Kevin Bull approaches commercial real estate through an investment-focused lens, combining market analysis with decisive execution. Since joining P.A. Commercial in 2018, Kevin has advised landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and investors on industrial, land, cannabis, and investment transactions throughout metro Detroit.

Kevin specializes in industrial leasing and sales, land transactions, and cannabis properties, along with a wide range of investment assets, including office, industrial, retail/strip center, mixed-use, multifamily, and NNN properties. His experience includes site selection, investment strategy, market analysis, business relocation, portfolio sales, and adaptive reuse.

Known for being extremely responsive and highly diligent, Kevin takes pride in understanding his clients’ biggest concerns and acting quickly on their behalf. He is especially skilled at identifying cash-flowing opportunities priced appropriately within the market and connecting buyers and users with properties that may not be widely marketed.

One of Kevin’s most notable transactions involved sourcing a qualified user and investor from Tennessee for the sale of a large industrial building in Warren—an assignment that required persistence, targeted outreach, and a strong grasp of both the asset and buyer profile.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys golfing, staying active, and spending time with family. A lifelong Michigan State football fan, he attended 35 consecutive Spartans’ games.
