Two Team Members Promoted to Senior Associates

We are pleased to announce the promotion of two team members!  Kevin Bull of Rochester Hills and Mike Gunn of Livonia have both been elevated to Senior Associates.

Kevin joined P.A. Commercial in November 2018 after a long career working as a Sports Editor for the Detroit Free Press. Mike joined the firm in September 2019 after a 5-year stint as a professional hockey player.

Over the last four years, Kevin and Mike have demonstrated tremendous professional growth consistent with the firm’s core values of integrity, competence, and vision – continuing to serve their clients with their commercial real estate needs. In the last year alone, they have achieved $50M in transaction value, with some notable assignments below:
