Professional Experience

Noor specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial, multi-family, retail, and investment properties, representing landlords, buyers, and tenants throughout southeast Michigan. Noor brings extensive experience in property management to the P.A. Team, attained from managing over 200 apartments in her own real estate portfolio.

Noor’s ability to work with a diverse range of clientele, strong negotiating skills, and knowledge of real estate investing make her an outstanding advocate for her clients. Her work ethic, tenacity, and enthusiasm are well-respected among her peers. Noor is also trilingual and speaks English, Arabic, and Chaldean.

Prior to joining P.A. Commercial, Noor was a top-producing sales & leasing consultant for Mercedes-Benz of Novi where she was instrumental in helping the dealership achieve “Dealer of the Year” for six consecutive years.
