Professional Experience

Since joining P.A. Commercial in 2022, Noor has quickly established herself as a rising force in metro Detroit’s commercial real estate market. She specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial, retail, multifamily, and investment properties, representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors across Southeast Michigan

Drawing from her background in property management, where she oversaw a portfolio of more than 200 apartment units, Noor brings a strong understanding of asset performance and investor needs to every transaction. Her strategic mindset, negotiation expertise, and client-first approach allow her to consistently deliver value and exceed expectations.

Fluent in English, Arabic, and Chaldean, Noor is known for her ability to connect with a diverse range of clients and foster lasting relationships built on trust and results. Before her career in commercial real estate, she was a top-performing sales and leasing consultant at Mercedes-Benz of Novi, helping the dealership achieve “Dealer of the Year” honors for six consecutive years—a testament to her professionalism, drive, and relentless pursuit of excellence.
