P.A. Commercial Wins 2025 CoStar Impact Award for Lease of the Year
P.A. Commercial is proud to announce that we have been awarded the 2025 CoStar Impact Award for Lease of the Year in the Detroit market! The award recognizes our team’s outstanding achievement in completing a long-term lease of 66,000 square feet of formerly vacant office space at 26200 Lahser Road in Southfield, Michigan.
Brokers Matt Schiffman and Mike Gunn represented the landlord, Foster Financial, in securing a transformative lease with Crescent College and Career Preparatory Academy. Crescent, a growing charter school network authorized by Bay Mills Community College, will repurpose the three-story Lahser Center II office building to expand and modernize its educational programs for students in grades 7–12.
This deal stands out as a prime example of how P.A. Commercial continues to drive creative solutions in today’s evolving real estate landscape. As office markets nationwide face challenges with underutilized space, our team worked strategically to position the property for an adaptive reuse—bringing long-term stability to the asset while serving a vital community need.
