P.A. Commercial Places National Ceramics Studio at their Newest Location in Ferndale
P.A. Commercial is pleased to announce the lease of 700 Livernois Rd, a 4,900 SF mid-century modern building in Ferndale to a modern ceramics studio, Still Life Ceramics.
Located in Ferndale, just south of 9 Mile Rd, 700 Livernois is a unique light-filled building that boasts plaster walls, wide-open space, window lined walls and skylights, and a large private garden. Previously used as an art gallery, it was important for the owner that a new tenant would have synergy with the building and the Ferndale area. Still Life Ceramics was a perfect fit. Brianna Johnston and Matthew J. Schiffman of P.A. Commercial represented the Landlord in this transaction.
Still Life Ceramics is a woman-owned business that first opened in Los Angeles in 2018 and has been expanding its footprint ever since. The studio and brand will hold pottery and ceramics classes, offer memberships, and also offer pottery for sale.
