P.A. Commercial Closes on $1.15M Office Investment Sale in Clinton Township
P.A. Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of a two-building office investment sale in Clinton Township. The sale closed for $1.15M.
John De Wald, Principal, and Phillip Myers, Senior Associate, of P.A. Commercial, represented the buyer and the seller in this transaction. The buyer, Part 2 Protection, is a local Investment Group.
“Our clients built the project 22 years ago and it was time to move on,” says, John. “We couldn’t have found nicer buyers.”
The two-buildings located at 16645 and 16655 15 Mile Rd in Clinton Township total 12,100 SF and had been on the market for just under a year. Both buildings have second-floor storage which was a desirable amenity to the buyer.
