Phil Myers specializes in the sale and leasing of office, medical, and retail properties, as well as investment real estate throughout Macomb County. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Phil has built a strong reputation for delivering strategic guidance in property acquisition, site selection, leasing, and disposition, with a primary focus on the east side of Metro Detroit.
Known for his relationship-driven approach, Phil is committed to building long-term partnerships with his clients—consistently expanding his portfolio of listings while representing both landlords and tenants across a wide range of transactions. His deep market knowledge and hands-on approach allow him to identify opportunities, navigate complex negotiations, and drive successful outcomes.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Phil spent seven years working in commercial and residential construction, an experience that continues to provide a unique advantage to his clients. His construction background allows him to effectively evaluate building conditions, negotiate tenant improvements, and apply cost-based analysis to support informed decision-making throughout the transaction process.
