Matt Schiffman and Anthony Pellegrino Ink Deal on 4,900 SF Ferndale Building
Matthew J. Shiffman and Anthony Pellegrino III, both Senior Associates at P.A. Commercial inked a deal on an office/retail space in Ferndale last week. The 4,900 SF space featured an open concept layout with floor to ceiling windows along Livernois Ave. The space was leased to Better Car People, a tech company that provides dealership solutions for sales, internet lead responses, and training to maximize ROI.
