Dan Blugerman and Mike Gunn Ink Deal on Quakertown Plaza in Farmington Hills, MI for $2.55M
P.A. Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of a two-building office complex, Quakertown Office Plaza, located at 32969 & 32985 Hamilton Rd in Farmington Hills, Michigan. P.A. Commercial’s senior associate, Dan Blugerman, CCIM, and Associate, Mike Gunn, facilitated the sale of the 63,807 SF opportunity, which was sold to office investors, Hamilton Plaza LLC for $2.55M.
Blugerman and Gunn represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction. Prior to the sale, the sellers assigned them the task of finding tenants to improve the vacancy and income to position the property for sale. The seller and agents worked together to sign leases for over 20 suites before positioning the building to sell.
The agents then approached local investors looking to grow their office holdings and negotiated a sales agreement with the buyer. Although there were a few hurdles to overcome, Blugerman and Gunn applied their creativity and were successful in closing the property without lowering the sale price.
