Peter boasts an illustrious three-decade tenure as a distinguished professional in the realm of corporate and investment real estate. As one of the co-founders of P.A. Commercial, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success. Peter’s area of expertise revolves around the development and leasing of office and high-tech properties, where his profound knowledge and experience shine. In addition to his role in property development and leasing, Peter actively provides consultancy services to corporate clients in matters pertaining to facility acquisition and disposition. His astute guidance and strategic insights prove invaluable in assisting organizations with their real estate needs.

Prior to embarking on his real estate career, Peter garnered 14 years of valuable experience in the field of mass merchandising as a National Sales Manager, wherein he managed sales exceeding a staggering $90 million. This background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of sales dynamics and further enhances his ability to serve clients effectively.
