Founding Member
An early interest in architecture, planning, and development sparked Peter’s career in commercial real estate and continues to shape his approach to every assignment. As a founding member of P.A. Commercial, Peter has spent his career helping landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and investors solve complex real estate challenges through a blend of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and collaboration.
Peter works across office leasing and sales, industrial sales, land transactions, and investment properties, including office, medical office, and industrial assets. His expertise extends into site selection, lease negotiation, investment strategy, zoning analysis, and ground-up development—making him a trusted advisor on projects that require navigating both market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
Clients value Peter’s ability to see projects holistically, from initial concept and site planning through execution and long-term performance. He is particularly effective in situations that involve competing interests, regulatory hurdles, or community concerns. One notable example includes securing site plan approval for an office park in Northville Township, where Peter successfully negotiated compromises among residents and township planning officials by leveraging his deep understanding of zoning ordinances and land-use policy.
Outside of brokerage, Peter serves on the City of Livonia Planning Commission and remains actively involved in civic and community organizations. In his personal time, he enjoys golf, woodworking, cooking, reading, and spending time outdoors. A fun fact many don’t expect: Peter has appeared as “Cosmo” the Clown in Detroit’s America’s Thanksgiving Parade for the last fifteen years!
