Levi started his career as a real estate attorney in California and Michigan. For the last 40+ years, he has specialized in tenant/buyer representation and has saved his clients more than $42,000,000 through lease negotiations and re-negotiations.
In addition to his expertise in tenant representation, Levi is a recognized expert in industrial buildings and is well-versed in land sales. He has played a pivotal role in shaping metro Detroit’s commercial landscape by orchestrating successful real estate development projects. His deep knowledge of market trends, zoning regulations, and investment opportunities allows him to navigate complex transactions with finesse, delivering outstanding results for developers, investors, and industrial clients alike.
