Professional Experience

 Gloria Natolli serves as P.A. Commercial’s Brokerage Operations & Client Services Manager, where she plays a central role in supporting daily operations, brokerage activity, and the overall client experience. With a strong background in office management, client service, and administrative leadership, Gloria brings a highly organized, detail-oriented approach to managing the many moving parts of a fast-paced commercial real estate environment.

 At P.A. Commercial, Gloria works closely with brokers and leadership to support transactions from pre-market through closing, assist with client communications and reporting, and help drive operational improvements across the firm. She also assists in the coordination and distribution of property marketing materials, helps manage listing data and platforms, and ensures property information is presented accurately and professionally.  Her collaborative mindset and commitment to excellence make her a valuable resource to both the team and clients alike.

 Prior to joining P.A, Gloria held roles in both corporate and healthcare settings, where she managed complex workflows, coordinated high-volume operations, and maintained critical records across multiple entities. Her experience includes streamlining processes, supporting legal and administrative functions, and building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. She is known for her ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep operations running efficiently behind the scenes.
