His expansive expertise encompasses a range of crucial areas, including evaluating current lease and ownership expenses, conducting analyses of how location, space, and amenities align with present and future business requirements, and leveraging his profound market knowledge and access to commercial real estate data resources to negotiate the most advantageous sale or leasing scenarios.

DeVon assumes a hands-on role in managing transactions, skillfully coordinating all pertinent resources from inception to completion, and ensuring a seamless and efficient process for his clients. Essentially, he operates as an integrated “real estate department,” diligently catering to the diverse needs of his esteemed clientele.
