Professional Experience

Dave is a highly accomplished commercial real estate professional with a strong financial and entrepreneurial background, currently serving as the Managing Member/CFO and co-founder of P.A. Commercial, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s financial operations. Alongside his role at P.A. Commercial, he is also the Managing Partner of EMACO, LLC, a venture he founded in 1993 to acquire investment properties within the Detroit metro area.

With a focus on the commercial real estate sector, Dave has cultivated an exceptional track record in sales and leasing of industrial, office, and investment properties. His extensive expertise encompasses evaluating market opportunities, negotiating contracts, and facilitating successful transactions.

As the CFO at P.A. Commercial and throughout his career, Dave exemplifies his proficiency in financial planning, risk management, financial analysis, and budgeting. He applies these skills to optimize the financial performance of the organization, contributing to its long-term success and strategic growth.
