With more than 30 years in commercial real estate, Dan Blugerman is known for steady guidance, thoughtful strategy, and a deep understanding of how real estate decisions impact people and businesses. Since joining P.A. Commercial in 2018, Dan has advised landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and investors throughout metro Detroit, helping them navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence.
Dan’s professional journey also includes an impressive tenure of 18 years as the Vice President of Thomas Duke, where he consistently ranked among the top salespersons for 15 consecutive years. His outstanding performance and unwavering dedication to excellence have solidified his reputation as an exceptional leader in the CRE industry.
Dan focuses on office and retail leasing and sales, land transactions, and investment properties, including office, medical office, retail/strip center, and mixed-use assets. His expertise spans site selection, lease negotiation, zoning analysis, and business relocation—allowing him to identify creative solutions when inventory is tight or challenges arise.
His process begins with listening. Dan starts each engagement by asking his signature “10 questions,” ensuring a clear understanding of a client’s goals, constraints, and opportunities before collaboratively pursuing the right path forward. Clients value his seasoned perspective and calm approach, particularly in high-stakes or emotionally charged situations.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys downhill skiing, boating, and spending summer days on Michigan’s lakes.
