• 26200 Lahser Rd, Southfield: Recognized as the largest office lease of Q3 2024, this deal involved a long-term lease by Crescent Academy. Matt Schiffman and Mike Gunn of P.A. Commercial represented the landlord, Foster Financial. Jake Cinti of Open Impact Real Estate and Chuck Howard of Transwestern Real Estate Services represented the tenant.
• 3275 W Lapeer Rd, Auburn Hills: This 46,010-square-foot industrial lease was signed by Global Logistics & Distribution Holdings. John Arthurs of P.A. Commercial represented the tenant in this high-profile transaction, while Joseph Hamway and Greg Hudas of Signature Associates represented the landlord.
