P.A. Commercial Celebrates Excellence at Our 6th Annual Dealmaker Awards

On May 21, 2025, the team at P.A. Commercial gathered to recognize the outstanding achievements, dedication, and results that defined another successful year of commercial real estate brokerage. The annual Dealmaker Awards celebrate the professionals who went above and beyond to deliver exceptional outcomes for their clients while contributing to the continued growth of the firm.

The awards highlighted impressive transaction volume, significant leasing and sales assignments, remarkable individual growth, and the collaborative spirit that makes P.A. Commercial one of Metro Detroit’s leading commercial real estate firms.

Celebrating Outstanding Performance

This year’s top honors reflected the hard work and expertise demonstrated across multiple disciplines within the company.

Highest Transaction Volume of Leases

Dave Plumley earned top recognition with more than $17.8 million in lease and tenant representation transactions. John Arthurs and Matt Schiffman were recognized as runners-up for their strong leasing performances.

Highest Transaction Volume of Sales

Matt Schiffman led the sales category with the most transaction volume across sales and buyer representation assignments. Dave Plumley and Kevin Bull followed closely behind with impressive sales totals of their own.

Highest Overall Transaction Volume

Dave Plumley captured one of the event’s most prestigious honors, closing 15 transactions totaling nearly $25 million in transaction value. Matt Schiffman and John Arthurs rounded out the top three performers.

Notable Transactions

Several transactions stood out for their size and impact throughout the year.

Largest Sale of the Year

Kevin Bull was recognized for completing the $5 million sale of 2253 Air Park Road in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. The transaction represented the largest single sale completed by the firm during the award period.

Largest Lease of the Year

Dave Plumley secured the largest lease transaction of the year with a $10.4 million lease assignment at 2401 Cherahala Boulevard in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Recognizing Leadership, Growth & Impact

The Dealmaker Awards extend beyond transaction volume, highlighting the individuals and contributions that strengthen the entire organization.

Largest Listing Footprint

Matt Schiffman earned recognition for securing the largest listing footprint of the year, representing more than 355,000 square feet of commercial real estate.

Rising Star Award

Parker Jamieson received the Rising Star Award after achieving a remarkable year-over-year improvement, generating $5.8 million more in closed transaction volume than the previous year.

MVP Award

Lauren Wekwert received the firm’s MVP Award, recognizing her contributions to the company’s marketing, branding, property promotion, and overall support of the brokerage team throughout the year.

Beyond the awards themselves, the event served as an opportunity to celebrate the collective efforts of the entire P.A. Commercial team. Award winners received gift cards in recognition of their achievements, while every team member was presented with a custom leather laptop messenger bag featuring their personal monogram and the P.A. Commercial logo engraved into the leather. The personalized gifts reflect our firm’s appreciation for the dedication, collaboration, and hard work that contribute to its continued success year after year.
