Kevin Bull Earns Prestigious CCIM Designation

Kevin was one of only two new CCIM designees from Michigan and the only commercial real estate professional from the Metro Detroit area to earn the designation during this examination cycle.
Widely recognized as one of the commercial real estate industry’s most respected credentials, the CCIM designation signifies advanced expertise in financial analysis, market analysis, investment strategy, and commercial real estate decision-making. Earning the designation requires extensive coursework, demonstrated industry experience, and successful completion of a rigorous comprehensive examination.
