P.A. Commercial welcomes Sharon Strichartz as an Associate Broker to their commercial real estate company. Sharon joins P.A. Commercial with over 25+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She is a top-selling, award-winning leasing agent of commercial and multi-family properties and has an impressive track record of performing lease negotiations for a variety of clients throughout metro Detroit. As a life-long Michigan resident and expert in commercial leasing, Sharon has significant knowledge and familiarity of local real estate markets. She is also a respected leader in the industry and has taught classes on lease negotiations for new entrepreneurs.
At P.A. Commercial, Sharon’s focus will be on the sale and leasing of office and retail properties, representing owners in marketing their properties and representing tenants in locating new space and negotiating renewal leases.
Prior to joining P.A. Commercial, Sharon served as Vice President of NAI/Farbman Group for fifteen years. She started her career in commercial real estate at The Hayman Company and Friedman Real Estate Group.
