Done Deal in Tough Times – P.A. Commercial Renews 10,000 SF Lease to FedEx Corp
Logistics Giant, FedEx Corp. has renewed its 10,000-square foot lease at Westwood Office Park in Livonia, Michigan. The single-story building at 36121 Schoolcraft Road totals 31,560 square feet. Built in 1986, the facility spans 7.9 acres with immediate freeway access to I-96.
Peter Ventura, CEO/managing partner, and Matthew J. Schiffman, Senior Associate represented the landlord in this transaction and worked with representatives of FedEx Corporation. This lease transaction is a continuation of FedEx’s long-term commitment to Westwood Office Park. FedEx made it a priority to renew their lease during the state of Michigan’s “Stay at Home” order. All parties involved were able to secure the deal while working remotely.
